An epidural is available 24 hours a day and at minimal notice. If you are having an elective caesarean section, Mr Impey will arrange for you to meet the Consultant Anaesthetist in advance.
'Mobile' or low dose epidurals area available, and our anaesthetists use 'patient controlled analgesia' whereby you can press a button to adjust the dose.
